What can Conductor create?

Conductor can now take actions in Opendate, not just answer questions. This article covers the "create" capabilities, how to use them, and the approval step that keeps you in control.

Conductor never completes a write action without showing you what it's about to do and waiting for your approval. You can always review, edit, or cancel before anything is saved or sent.

What Conductor can create and do:

  1. Place a hold. Ask: "Place a hold for [artist] at [venue] on [date]." Conductor checks availability, shows the hold order, and asks you to confirm.
  2. Clear a hold. Ask: "Clear the [hold name] on [date]." Conductor identifies the hold and confirms before removing it.
  3. Duplicate an event. Ask: "Copy [event] to [new date]." Conductor recreates the event details on the new date for your review.
  4. Edit ticket prices. Ask: "Round up the advance prices for [event/series]" or "set [ticket type] to [price]." Conductor shows the before and after and applies in bulk on approval.
  5. Draft and send a broadcast. Ask: "Draft an email to market [show]." Conductor writes the broadcast and targets the audience; you review, tweak, and send from the app. It is never sent automatically.
  6. Upload a PDF offer. Drop a PDF offer into chat. Conductor reads it and enters the offer into Opendate for your review.
  7. Voice mode (rolling out). Where enabled, you can speak these requests instead of typing.

FAQ:

  • Will Conductor send or change anything without me? No. Every write action requires your explicit approval.

  • What if it gets something wrong? You review every proposed action before it's saved. Nothing is committed until you approve.
