Upgrading Your Tickets
If upgrades are available for your event, you can upgrade your tickets directly through your Opendate account!
How to Upgrade Your Tickets

Create an Opendate account using the same email address used to purchase your tickets.

Navigate to My Tickets.

Locate the event you would like to upgrade.

Click “Upgrades available!”.

Select your seats or ticket type.

Complete checkout to pay for and confirm the upgrade.
If You Do Not See Upgrade Options

Upgrades may not be available for the event.

Upgrade inventory may be sold out.

Certain ticket types may not support self-service upgrades.
