Transfer your tickets

Unable to attend an event and want to send your ticket to a friend? Use our Transfer Tickets tool!

1. Log into Opendate with the same email used to place the order
   1. Don't have an account yet? Sign up here
2. In My Tickets > My Orders, locate the order you'd like to transfer
3. To the right of the event name, click the Transfer Tickets button
   
   
   1. If you don't see this button, the event organizer may have selected to send tickets at a later date. The ticket delivery date should be listed in green.
      
   2. Once tickets are delivered, you'll be able to transfer the tickets
4. Select the box next to the ticket(s) you'd like to transfer, then click Next
   
5. Enter the first name, last name, and the email of the receiver and include an optional note
6. Click the Transfer Tickets button to confirm the transfer
7. The new owner will receive a confirmation email with the ticket(s)
