  • Data updates from OpenDate to your website occur every hour on the hour.

  • All shows sync with the website at this interval.

 

2. Identifying Major Show Details 0:15

  • Major show details trigger an immediate update for the entire show within five minutes if changed.

  • Examples of major show details include:

    • Event end time

    • Other critical details that affect the show.

 

3. Making Non-Major Changes 0:34

  • If you need to add or change a description for a show, this is considered a non-major detail.

  • Non-major changes will not trigger an immediate update.
