Send a Comp Ticket

  1. Open the Event

    Navigate to your calendar and select the event for which you want to issue a comp ticket. Make sure the event is already on sale.

  2. Go to the Tickets Dashboard

    Within the event, click on the Tickets tab to access the dashboard.

  3. Click “Add Attendees”

    In the Tickets dashboard, click the Add Attendees button.

  4. Select Complimentary Ticket Type

    Choose Complimentary from the available ticket type options.

  5. Choose a Seat (If Applicable)

    If your event uses assigned seating, select the seat or section (e.g., Balcony) where you want to place the comp. Then click Next.

  6. Enter Attendee Information

    Enter the attendee’s name and email address. Check the box to Send confirmation email so the ticket is delivered to them.

  7. Place the Order

    Click Place Order. The complimentary ticket will be sent to the attendee via email, and they will appear in the Orders tab.

 

 


 

 

Important Notes

 

 

  • Complimentary tickets take up space on your seating chart just like paid tickets.

  • Attendees will receive the same confirmation email and ticket PDF as standard ticket buyers.
