How to use the new Reports Dashboard

The Reports Dashboard is your central, real-time view of how your operation is performing — built natively into Opendate. It includes a high-level Dashboard view plus six dedicated lenses for deeper analysis: Sales, Booking, Events, Marketing, Finances, and Food & Beverage.

Accessing Reports

  1. Log in to Opendate.
  2. Click Reports in the left navigation.
  3. The Dashboard view loads by default.

The Dashboard view

The Dashboard gives you a high-level snapshot of your operation's performance:

  • KPI cards — All Events, Announced, Tickets Sold, Add-Ons Sold, PHAB, F&B Revenue, Ticketed Events, On-Sale, Gross Tickets $ Sold, Gross Add-Ons $ Sold
  • Revenue Trend — Month-to-date revenue with a comparison to the same period last month
  • Events by Venue — Breakdown of upcoming events across your venues
  • Upcoming Events — Scrollable, paginated table of all upcoming events with sales velocity metrics

Most cards include a percentage change indicator (green up arrow, red down arrow) showing performance vs. the prior period.

The six lenses

Drill into a specific area by clicking the corresponding sub-nav item:

  • Sales — Tickets, add-ons, donations, promo codes, refunds, memberships
  • Booking — Holds, offers, contacts, calendar activity by talent buyer
  • Events — Attendance, event health, ticket audit
  • Marketing — Meta Ads ROI, email campaign performance
  • Finances — Payouts, settlements, tax withholding, BMI/PRO reporting
  • Food & Beverage — F&B sales by event, run rates

Filtering and date ranges

Every report supports filtering by date range. Use the date picker at the top of the page to switch between standard windows (this month, last month, this year, etc.) or set a custom range. Most reports also support filtering by venue, event tag, talent buyer, promoter, and other dimensions specific to that report.

Exporting data

Most reports support CSV export. Look for the Export CSV button in the upper right of any report.
