Refund Flow

 

  1. From the Event, navigate to Tickets.

  2. Locate the order you want to refund.

  3. Open the order to view all tickets associated with it.

  4. Click Refund Order.

  5. On the refund screen, select the specific ticket(s) you want to refund.

  6. Choose a refund reason.

  7. Click Continue to confirm.

Only the selected tickets will be refunded. Any remaining tickets in the order will stay active.

Important Notes

  • You can refund one, multiple, or all tickets from an order using this flow.

  • Refunds are processed only for the tickets you explicitly select.

  • This action does not automatically cancel or affect the entire order unless all tickets are chosen.
