Requesting a refund

All ticket purchases are final. By completing a transaction, customers agree to the no-refund policy at checkout.

If you purchased ticket insurance, you may be eligible to submit a claim directly with our insurance partner, Vertical Insure. Claims must be filed through their claims process. You can begin a claim on their website or contact them at support@verticalinsure.com for assistance. Coverage eligibility and approval decisions are determined solely by Vertical Insure under the terms of your policy.

Otherwise, you can transfer your tickets to someone else to use.

If an event is postponed or cancelled, the event organizer will communicate next steps, including refund eligibility and timelines, via email to the original purchaser. Refunds for cancelled events, when applicable, are processed according to the organizer’s policy and may take several business days to appear on your original form of payment.
