Requesting a refund

There is a no refunds policy that all customers agree to when the purchase is made. If you would like to request a refund for any reason, please contact the event organizer or venue directly. Opendate is unable to process refunds on an organizer's behalf.

If you purchased ticket insurance, please submit a request through our ticket insurance partner Vertical Insure or email them at support@verticalinsure.com.
