Managing Your Membership

This article covers everything you need to know about your membership: billing, renewals, wallet passes, and how to update or cancel.

How billing works

Monthly memberships are billed on the same calendar date each month as the day you signed up. For example, if you joined on the 15th, you'll be billed on the 15th of every month.

A note on end-of-month dates: If you signed up on the 29th, 30th, or 31st, months that don't have that date (like February) will bill you on the last day of that month, then return to your original date afterward. This happens automatically.

Annual memberships renew on the same month and day each year — one year after you signed up.

Adding your membership to your phone

Every membership comes with a digital pass you can save to your phone:

- Apple Wallet (iPhone)
- Google Wallet (Android)

After signing in, open My Memberships and use the "Add to Wallet" button to save your pass. It keeps your membership handy for check-in and shows.

Member perks

Available perks vary by venue. Your membership can unlock member presale access to eligible shows at participating venues, giving you the chance to grab tickets before they go on sale to the general public.

Finding your membership

After you purchase a membership, you'll receive a confirmation email with a "Sign In to Get Your Pass" link. To view your membership anytime:

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Open My Memberships from the navigation menu.
3. You'll see your Active Memberships, with a separate tab for Past Memberships.

Important: Sign in with the same email address you used when you signed up. Your membership is tied to that email — if you use a different one, your membership won't appear.

Managing or canceling your membership

From your My Memberships page, find your membership and click Manage Membership. From there you can:

- Update your payment method
- View your invoice and payment history
- Cancel your membership

What happens when you cancel

When you cancel, your membership stays active through the end of the period you've already paid for — you won't lose access immediately or be charged again. After that date, your membership expires. You'll see an "Expires: [date]" label on your membership so you always know your status.

Renewals and payment issues

- Active memberships show a "Renews: [date]" label so you can see your next billing date.
- If a renewal payment fails (for example, an expired card), your membership won't cancel right away. We'll automatically retry the payment, and your access continues during that window. To avoid any interruption, update your payment method under Manage Membership.
