Managing Confirmation Email Text for Tickets

Confirmation email text can be customized at both the venue level and the event level.

Venue-Level (Default for All Events)

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Select Ticketing

  3. Choose the Venue

  4. Locate the Confirmation Email Text field

  5. Add or edit the text and save

This text will appear in confirmation emails for all events at that venue unless overridden at the event level.

Event-Level (Specific to One Event)

  1. Open the Event

  2. Go to Tickets

  3. Open Event Settings

  4. Edit the Confirmation Email Text field

  5. Save changes

Event-level text overrides the venue default for that event.

Tip

Use confirmation emails to share helpful information such as directions, parking details, entry policies, or event-specific instructions.
