How to Import Fans into Your Marketing Dashboard

1. Access the Marketing Dashboard 0:00

  1. Click on the 'Marketing' section in your dashboard.

  2. Locate the 'Fans' section where existing fans are displayed.

2. Choose Import Option 0:13

  1. Decide whether to add a single fan or to upload multiple fans using a CSV file.

3. Prepare Your CSV File 0:27

  1. Ensure your CSV file is formatted correctly.

  2. Note that email and phone number fields are optional; you can upload without them if you only have emails.

4. Download Example CSV 0:38

  1. Download the example CSV file provided to see the required format.

5. Upload Your CSV File 0:48

  1. Use the upload option to select your prepared CSV file.

  2. Click to upload and your data will be imported into the system.
