Ask questions about your events, ticket sales, financials, offers, POS (via Toast integration) and fans — and get instant answers from your real data.
Overview
Conductor is your built-in assistant inside Opendate. It lets you and your team ask questions about your events, ticket sales, financials, offers, and fans in plain language — and get instant, accurate answers pulled from your real data.
How to Access Conductor
- Look for the Conductor icon in the sidebar — it's available from anywhere in the platform
- Click to open the sidebar panel
- Start typing a question, or use one of the pre-built prompt buttons
What You Can Ask About
- Events: "What events do I have coming up this month?" or "Show me details for Saturday's show"
- Ticket Sales: "How are tickets tracking for [event name]?" or "Give me a ticket sales breakdown by type"
- Financials: "What's our revenue this month?" or "Show me the financial summary for [event]"

Follow-Up Questions
Conductor remembers your conversation. After getting an answer, you can ask follow-up questions like "compare that to last month" or "break that down by ticket type" without starting over.
Who Has Access
Conductor works at the team level. Once enabled, everyone on your venue's team can use it. Each person gets their own conversation thread.
