Display on Sponsor on Digital Tickets
Upload a logo to be displayed on your event's digital tickets.
1. Access the Tickets Section 0:00

Navigate to the Event Dashboard.

Locate the 'Tickets' section.

Click on the three dots next to the tickets option.
2. Edit Tickets 0:16

Select 'Edit Tickets' from the dropdown menu.
3. Open Settings Menu 0:16

Click on the bluish settings button to access the settings menu.
4. Locate Ticketing Sponsorship Section 0:31

Scroll down until you find the 'Ticketing Sponsorship' section.
5. Enable Sponsorship 0:31

Switch the sponsorship option to 'On'.
6. Add Sponsor Details 0:31

Enter the sponsor's name in the designated field.
7. Upload Sponsor Logo 0:31

Click on the upload button and select the sponsor logo from your desktop.
8. Save Changes 0:43

Click 'Save' to apply the changes.
9. Preview Ticket Display 0:43

Review the video preview to see how the sponsor will appear to ticket holders.
10. Confirm Display Formats 0:56

Ensure the sponsor display is correct for both email notifications and Google/Apple Wallet versions.
