Creating a Template for Internal Income and Expenses

Use the template tool to accurately track your profit and loss. 

 

 

Accessing the Settings 0:01

  • Navigate to the bottom left of the screen.

  • Click on the Settings icon.

  • Select the Customize tab.

 

Creating a New Event Template 0:14

  • In the Event Template section, create a new template.

  • Name the template.

  • Optionally, drop in a saved Notes Template if available.

 

Adding Income and Expense Items 0:31

  • Add an Income item:

    • Choose between fixed or per ticket sold.

  • Add an Expense item:

    • Choose between fixed, per ticket sold, or percentage of gross.

 

Saving the Template 1:18

  • Click Save to store the new template.

 

Applying the Template to an Event 1:36

  • Go back to the calendar.

  • When creating a new event, drop in the created template.

  • If editing an existing event, go to Edit Details and add the template.

 

Reviewing Income and Expenses 1:52

  • Check the finances section of the event to see the income and expenses listed.
