Creating a Template for Internal Income and Expenses
Use the template tool to accurately track your profit and loss.
Accessing the Settings 0:01

Navigate to the bottom left of the screen.

Click on the Settings icon.

Select the Customize tab.
Creating a New Event Template 0:14

In the Event Template section, create a new template.

Name the template.

Optionally, drop in a saved Notes Template if available.
Adding Income and Expense Items 0:31

Add an Income item:

Choose between fixed or per ticket sold.

Add an Expense item:
-
Choose between fixed, per ticket sold, or percentage of gross.

Saving the Template 1:18

Click Save to store the new template.
Applying the Template to an Event 1:36

Go back to the calendar.

When creating a new event, drop in the created template.

If editing an existing event, go to Edit Details and add the template.
