How to Issue Mass Refunds and Cancel an Event
Issue Mass Refunds
1. Open the Ticketing Dashboard
• From your Opendate account, navigate to the Ticketing Dashboard.
2. Select “Issue Multiple Refunds”
• In the dashboard, click the Issue Multiple Refunds button.
• This will display all ticket purchases for the selected event.
3. Select All Orders
• If there is more than one order, clicking this button will select all of them at once.
• For example, if you have 100 orders, the button will select all 100.
4. Confirm the Refund
• Click Refund to issue refunds to all selected orders.
• Refunds will be processed for every order you selected.
Cancel the Event
1. In the event view, go to the Actions menu.
3. Click Cancel Event.
4. The event will be marked as canceled and removed from your website, if applicable.
Note: Canceling an event does not automatically send an email notification to ticket holders.
