Steps to Include Notes in a Show Advance

Access the Event:

Navigate to the specific event within Opendate.

Initiate Show Advance:

Click on the
Action

Send Show Advance
from the dropdown menu.

Include Notes:

In the show advance modal, you'll see an option to
Include Notes

Select the desired notes to attach. These can be:

Existing Notes: Notes previously added to the event.

New Notes: Click on
New Note
to create one on the spot. -
Template Notes: Utilize pre-saved templates for consistency.
