Add Notes to Checkout
Collect notes in the checkout form.
1. Accessing Order Form Settings 0:00

Navigate to the Settings section by clicking the icon at the bottom left.

Select the Ticketing tab.

Scroll down to find the Order Form Settings.
2. Enabling Notes Option 0:23

Locate the Notes option in the Order Form Settings.

Choose whether to make the notes field required or not required.

This feature allows customers to add notes to their orders.

After enabling the notes option, click the Save button to apply the changes.

When adding a ticket from the Add Attendees section, you will see the notes field available.

Fill in the notes as needed when creating a ticket.
6. Reviewing Notes on Orders 1:28

Return to the ticket dashboard.

Click on the order you just placed to view the details.

Confirm that the note you added is visible in the order details.
